Claudia
Claudia is our practice’s Chief Orthodontic Assistant. She is originally from Mexico City, Mexico. She can converse with our patients in both English and Spanish. Prior to becoming an Orthodontic Assistant, she was a licensed Dentist in Mexico. Claudia has over 10 years of experience in the Dental Field.
Claudia has completed advanced training in Expanded Functions for Dental Assisting and Orthodontic Assisting.
Claudia is dedicated to helping our orthodontic patients attain a healthy and beautiful smile. She is instrumental in showing patients how to clean and take care of their appliances.
When not working with her patients, Claudia enjoys swimming, bike riding and spending time with her family and friends. |

India
India is our practice’s Dental Hygienist. She is originally from Lansing Michigan. Prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist, she was a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and she worked with Dr. Elizabeth Haynes for six years in that capacity. India has over fourteen years of experience in the dental profession.
India graduated from Howard University’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2004 and immediately entered into private practice. In August of 2004, she joined University Centre Dental Associates and she practices with us on a part-time basis, on Tuesday and Fridays.
India is dedicated to helping her patients attain and maintain the healthiest smile possible. When not working with her patients, India enjoys spending time white water rafting, camping and spending time with her son Sean. |

Kimberly
Kimberly is our practice’s Scheduling Coordinator. She is originally from New Jersey. Hers is the voice you will hear when you call our office to make an appointment. She is the latest addition to our team.
Kimberly is available to help you with any scheduling questions and concerns you may have. She has 8 years of experience helping patients.
Kimberly is dedicated to ensuring that our patients have a pleasant experience when they call our office.
When not working with our patients, Kimberly enjoys spending time her family. |

Tammy
Tammy is our practice’s Chief Dental Assistant. She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland. Tammy has over 10 years of experience in the Dental Field.
Tammy has completed advanced training in Expanded Functions for Dental Assisting and Orthodontic Assisting. She has taken numerous workshops and seminars in Cerec technology, periodontal charting and advanced dental assisting techniques.
Tammy is dedicated to helping our patients attain a healthy and beautiful smile. She works with both Dr. M. Haynes and Dr. E. Haynes on the orthodontics side.
When not working with her patients, Tammy enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends. |

Jodi-Ann is the most recent addition to our Orthodontic Assisting team. She is originally from Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Jodi-Ann has over 6 years of experience in assisting orthodontic patients.
Jodi-Ann has completed advanced training in Expanded Functions for Dental Assisting and Orthodontic Assisting. She has taken numerous workshops and seminars in advanced dental assisting techniques.
Jodi-Ann is dedicated to helping our patients attain a healthy and beautiful smile. When not working with her patients, she enjoys dancing, and spending time with her family.
